Prologue
The room was silent, the lampshade is only one who give us light. Soundless and quite, only deep breathe we can heard.
Nanginginig ang mga kamay ko. Naiiyak ako habang nakatingin sa kanya. He stand in front of me, staring occupy with his two black eyes.
My tears started falling into my ruddy cheeks. I felt my eyes aching, my heart was steffin at the moment. Can I hold him back or should I’ll set him free? Even the outcome with this is my own happiness?
I clenched my fists. “H-Huwag mo naman akong isuko?”
He stoop his head and deep breathe before he head on me. “Tama na! Let’s end this relationship, Dhian.”
Napalingo-lingo ako. It can’t be! Parang kahapon lang sinabi niyang mahal niya ako, bakit ganito? Bakit niya ako sinaktan ng ganito?!
My tears keep falling on my cheeks. I can’t hold it back! I can’t stop dahil automatiko itong bumagsak ng hindi ko alam. Gusto kung pigilan ang mga luha ko pero kusa silang lumabas.

/> “You can’t! You promise me you don’t leave me behind! You said, you can’t live without me. What happened to your promises?” Humagulhol ako. I can’t take the pain anymore. I hate confrontation especially making a promises can’t fulfill.
“Promises meant to be broken, Dhian.” I froze. “Hindi lahat ng nangako ay maitutupad dahil minsan makagawa tayo ng pangako dahil akala natin… siya na.”
“But we love each oth-” hindi ko natuloy pa ang sasabihin ko ay nagsalita siya na mas ikinatigil ko pa.
“I don’t like you! My family doesn’t like you at all?!” He shout at me. “H-How can… How can I still like nor love you if there’s someone hinder on us? How I can be fight along with you if my opponent is my own family?”
“Fight with me, please.”
“Don’t be so selfish, Dhian!” He exclaimed. “I can’t throw my family over you.”
CEASED. The word I want now. I’m tired fighting alone. Nakakapagod rin palang lumaban ng mag-isa ni hindi mo alam kung ano ang kahihinatnan.
