Abala ako sa paghain ng dinner ng marinig ko ang isang busina marahil galing na iyon sa asawa kong si River.
Pumasok na ito sa loob sinalubong ko naman siya ng may ngiti.
“Tamang-tama the dinner is already ready. Let’s eat na.”
“I’m tired, Faith.” Saad nito.
“I cooked your favorites.”
“F*ck! I told you hindi ako gutom! Faith!” Bulyaw nito sa’kin
Biglang tumunog ang phone niya kinuha niya ito sa bulsa ng pantalon niya at sinagot.
“Babe,” naka ngiting bungad nito sa phone.
Hindi na ako nagulat sa narinig ko. He’s having an affair this time with another girl. I know River very well hindi siya nagtatagal sa isang babae.

Binaba na niya ang phone niya at binalik sa bulsa ng pantalon niya.
