“but dad, i don’t-” what I was going to say was cut when my dad suddenly spoke
“no but’s Kate, my decision is final!” he shout while looking at me angrily
“this is Bullsh*t” I said and run towards the door
I went up the stairs and go to my room, I immediately lay down on the bed.
My dad wants me to go in the province with my fucking cousin, hell no. I will never ever go there
I can’t live in the province with my aunt, papahirapan lang nila ako doon
ako ang pagbubuntungan nila ng galit dahil sa ginawa sa kanila ni Mom, they can’t move on tss. past is past masyado nilang pinalalaki ang maliit na bagay and besides my mom say sorry to them and gave them a house and provide what they need, they should be thankful for that
I didn’t notice the time and I fell asleep

“pupunta na kayo sa probinsya bukas.” he said, I shook
my head
“I will not go there” I uttered
“we talked about this yesterday and that’s final” he said full of authority
I looked at my mom as if asking for help but it’s looked like she couldn’t do anything either
I had no choice but to obey, fu*k this life.

Hindi ko na hinintay ang sasabihin nya, agad akong dumiretso sa kwarto ni Cass. I saw her doing some research for our projects
“Cass?” I called her name
“why are you here? Is there something wrong?” she asked without looking at me
“yes” i answered and sit down on her bed beside her
she turned to me and waited for me to say something
she’s been my best friend for almost 10 years, sya ang pinupuntahan ko kapag may problema ako o may sama ng loob kay dad. I tell her what happens and she’s shocked
“how will you study? I mean malapit na tayong mag college”
“my dad said I’m going to study there, doon ko nalang daw ituloy pag aaral ko with my cousin Jack” I answered
“pati si Jack?” She asked with a sad face, matagal na syang may gusto sa pinsan ko, Hindi ko nga Alam kung bakit nya nagustuhan Yun
“yes, he’s with me para bantayan daw ako” i said without looking at her
“I will miss you” she said and hug me tight
“me too” I said and hug her back
marami pa kaming pinagkwentuhan. kumain muna ako bago ko naisipang umuwi, it’s already 7:15 pm, didn’t notice the time.
nang makauwi ako I saw my mom waiting for me in the living room
“Mom?” I said, she looked at me and immediately hug me
“did you eat? I’m worried” she said
I smiled and look at her ” I already eaten at my friend’s house” I said “nagpaalam na din ako sa pag alis ko bukas”
“Sorry honey, I can’t stop your dad” she said while looking at me
“It’s okay Mom” I said
Pagtapos naming mag usap agad akong umakyat sa hagdan at pumunta sa kwarto ko, naligo na ako at humiga sa kama, nakatulog ako agad dahil sa pagod.
